Backlit Fabric and Frame

Our custom backlit fabric and frame setup is a visually appealing and versatile solution for creating eye-catching displays or illuminated signage. It typically consists of two main components: the fabric and the frame.

1. Backlit Fabric: The backlit fabric is a special type of material designed to diffuse light evenly and maximize the impact of the illumination. It is typically made of a fabric material that allows light to pass through it. The fabric is specially treated to enhance light transmission while maintaining vibrant colors and high-resolution graphics.  You can create any type of designs you'd like using our online designer. Our printing methods ensure high-quality and long-lasting graphics that will look sharp and vibrant when illuminated.

2. Frame: The frame is an essential part of the setup, providing structural support and housing for the backlit fabric, made of lightweight yet sturdy metal. The frame is designed to hold the fabric taut and securely in place while allowing light to pass through.  The frame is constructed using a modular system, consisting of interlocking or snap-together components that make assembly and disassembly easy. This modular design also allows for customization in terms of size and shape. The frame may include built-in features like channels or grooves to accommodate LED light strips or panels that provide the illumination.

3. Lighting System: The backlit fabric and frame setup incorporates a lighting system that ensures even and consistent illumination across the entire fabric surface. LED (light-emitting diode) lights are commonly used for this purpose due to their energy efficiency, long lifespan, and ability to produce bright and vibrant light.  The LED lights are positioned behind the backlit fabric, either along the edges of the frame or integrated into the frame itself. The lights are strategically placed to ensure uniform illumination without hotspots or shadows. Depending on the design and desired effect, the lighting system may allow for color-changing or dynamic lighting options.
